Founded in 2020, DHF’s mission is to provide value-added fresh produce that is organic and sustainably sourced, with full traceability for the end consumer. Our goal is to reach 80% organic within 5 years, working with local farmers to elevate VN’s organic farming to international standards. We’re also developing traceability technology to give consumers trust in our products, and for our retail partners’ quality assurance. Our vision is to deliver safe trusted produce for consumers and empower them to make buying decisions that will ultimately elevate the standard of our food supply in the region. 

Responsibilities: 

Supply chain: 

• Source and manage supplier relationships (product, packaging, supply chain)
• Import / Export of fresh produce and dry packaged goods 
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships
• Take charge of cold chain optimization to lower food wastage, increase food quality, and decrease cost

Operations: 

• Work with the CEO to develop new products (supplier, pricing, packaging) 
• Manage production, and oversee operations to ensure safe working conditions including developing plans to help operations run smoothly and overseeing work schedules to ensure coverage
• Collect, review and report data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
• Create and manage budgets related to operations 
• Recruit, train and onboard new employees, evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement
• Quality control and pick and pack duties as required 
• Work alongside other team members such as Quality assurance, warehouse/logistics, finance, and technology to optimizes processes and deliver value for the company including the food traceability application 

About you: 

• 2+ years experience in Cold chain/ supply chain, preferably in the F&B industry (manufacturing/retail/foodservices) 
• Experience with import/export of food products 
• Eager to learn new things
• Passionate about helping people, working with farmers, using technology and making connections to improve our food supply 
• Independent, self-motivated, and driven individual
• Must be good in written and spoken English and Vietnamese 
• Understanding of HACCP, GlobalGAP, VietGAP, Organic is a plus
