Production/ Operations Manager (Duc Trong)

Responsibilities
- Participates in key decision making for company as related to salad and fresh produce processing
- Adhere to and follow all safety procedures in accordance with training and reports any dangerous conditions to management immediately
- Liaison across departments including farm operations, business office, management, and technology
- Lead special projects to improve efficiency across operations, increase income/profitability and decrease cost and wastage
- Be a positive spokesperson and representative of our company in the community
- Maintain financial, operational, production, employment records, and raw materials, finished product inventory for business operations as required
- Attend and participate in company meetings
- Recruit, train and upskill production staff
- Ensure food safety is met at the production facility
About you:
- College graduate with 5+ years agricultural experience
- Management and supervisory experience
- Ability to instruct and manage others constructively with staff, customers, business partners and vendors
- Ability to work productively with others as a team leader in a team environment
- Outstanding communication skills required to convey information, gather and disseminate information and problem solve
- Proficient at reading, writing, and communication in English
- Previous experience in fresh produce production (ready-to-eat salad or other fresh produce)
